📹 Product Video Verification (Mandatory)

To be eligible for return, exchange, or damage claim, you must record a clear unboxing video.

Video requirements:

  • Video must be recorded from start to finish

  • Show sealed package before opening

  • Show product clearly

  • Video must be unedited

  • Video must be recorded on the day of delivery

Without proper unboxing video, return or refund requests may not be accepted.

This protects both customer and brand from fraudulent claims.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and unworn

  • Item must be in original condition

  • Original packaging required

  • Proof of purchase required

  • Unboxing video required

Exchange Policy

We offer size exchange if:

  • Requested within 7 days

  • Product is unused

  • Subject to stock availability

  • Unboxing video required

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refund processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund sent to original payment method

Return Shipping

  • Customer pays return shipping cost

  • Shipping cost is non-refundable

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive damaged, defective, or wrong product:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Unboxing video

  • Photos

After verification, we will provide:

Free replacement or full refund

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • No unboxing video provided

  • Product is used or worn

  • Product damaged by customer

  • Request made after 7 days
