Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Knocking Nukes. Every product is made-to-order with care. Please read our shipping policy to understand our order processing and delivery timelines.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 working days.

Since our products are made-to-order, this time is required for:

  • Quality check

  • Printing

  • Packaging

Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed. Customers will be notified if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes:

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 working days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–8 working days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 working days

Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

3. Shipping Charges

✔ Free Shipping on prepaid orders (recommended)

OR

✔ Shipping charges calculated at checkout (if applicable)

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email

  • Tracking number

  • Courier details

Tracking information is usually active within 24 hours.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available on selected orders.

Additional COD charges may apply.

We reserve the right to confirm COD orders via phone or WhatsApp.

6. Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • Courier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Festivals

  • High order volume

  • Remote locations

Knocking Nukes is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, but we will assist you in tracking your order.

7. Incorrect Address

Customers must provide accurate shipping details.

If wrong address is provided:

  • Knocking Nukes is not responsible

  • Customer must pay reshipping charges

No refund will be issued in such cases.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

Courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times.

If customer does not accept the order:

  • Order will be returned to us

  • Reshipping charges must be paid

No refund for failed deliveries.

9. Damaged Package

If package arrives damaged:

✔ Record unboxing video
✔ Contact us within 48 hours
