We take great pride in delivering high-quality, made-to-order apparel and products.
Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

As all our products are made-to-order, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

✔ Damaged product received
If your item arrives damaged, bent, broken, scratched, or defective.

✔ Severely delayed shipping
If the order has not been shipped within 10–12 days from the order date without prior notification.

❌ 2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Wrong size, variant, or product selected by the customer
• Order placed by mistake
• Minor color variations due to screen or lighting differences
• Design preference changes after delivery
• Slight print or quality variations (each product is handcrafted)

Since every order is individually printed or custom made, we cannot accept returns based on personal preference or aesthetics.

3. Damaged Product – How to Raise a Request

If you receive a damaged product:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Email: knockingnukes.help@gmail.com
Share the following:
• Order ID
• Clear photos of the damage
• Unboxing video (recommended)

Requests are reviewed within 24–48 hours.

4. Replacement Policy

Replacements are only done if the product received is damaged, defective, or does not match the size chart (if applicable).
If your claim is approved:
✔ Free replacement sent
✔ No return shipping required
✔ Replacement dispatched within 10 working days of approval.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

• Product is out of stock after order placement
• Order was never shipped

Refund Details:
✔ Refunded to the original payment method
✔ Processing time: 4–7 working days after approval.

6. Incorrect Address Policy

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided by the customer:
• Order is not eligible for a refund
• Re-delivery charges must be paid by the customer
• Returned orders will be re-shipped only after payment of reshipping fees.

7. Manufacturing & Print Disclaimer

All Knocking Nukes products are custom printed and handcrafted.
Minor variations in:
• Color tone
• Print texture
• Size margin
• Fabric finish
are normal and not considered defects.
